In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development of our market strategy. You'll use tools like CRM systems, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline your workflow and maximize your impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar, electrical, engineering, and energy sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, project managers, and engineers.
• Develop and implement a market strategy to drive growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the solar, electrical, engineering, or energy sectors.
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
