📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of operational support staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and store performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment, using AEON's proprietary inventory management system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and excellence.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with AEON's quality standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and customer service.
• Familiarity with AEON's inventory management system and other relevant retail software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and implement corrective actions.
