As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our multi-venue operation, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving efficiency across our hotel, restaurant, and boat services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and boat services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure staff excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, and boat operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain budgets, and analyze financial reports to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the multi-venue operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, preferably in a multi-venue setting.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of hotel, restaurant, and boat service operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using operational management software, such as Cezanne, Opera, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
