📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and organize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and common areas, to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that all utensils, appliances, and tools are clean and in good working condition.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dining areas, including setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for events and special occasions.
• Ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are met, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or kitchen assistant roles, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance tools, equipment, and chemicals, as well as basic kitchen utensils and appliances.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
