📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage ELV projects from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and ensure they are met.
• Support the project manager in developing and implementing project strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the ELV systems industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Knowledge of ELV systems and related standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local regulations).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
