📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring alignment with design specifications and production capabilities.

• Utilize advanced manufacturing tools and software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA, to create and optimize production plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on NPI and process development.
• Proven expertise in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA for manufacturing process development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
