📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure that all activities within KSEI comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related issues and trends.
• Provide guidance and advice to KSEI’s management and employees on compliance matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and capital market laws.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience with compliance software such as Compliance Quest or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
