As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
