PT Karya Mandiri is seeking a motivated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. You will work closely with our tax accountants and other stakeholders to ensure that our tax obligations are met accurately and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.
  • Monitor and analyze tax-related expenses and deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to tax accountants and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present tax-related reports to management and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in tax compliance or a related field is a plus.
