PT Putih Luhur is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees, managers, and stakeholders.,Assess employee training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training requirements and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
