TDCX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer support to our clients from China and Taiwan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide outstanding customer service to clients from China and Taiwan, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.,Resolve customer problems and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed.,Maintain and update customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all team members.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback to improve our services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or international market.,Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Chinese and Taiwanese markets and their unique business practices is a plus.,Experience with remote work and collaborating with global teams is a plus.
