📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data models, process flows, and other business analysis artifacts.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead business analysis projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on business and technology issues.
• Mentor and coach junior business analysts and other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on brokerage systems or financial technology.
• Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and brokerage systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
