📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings across the organization.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
