📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and writing job descriptions,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong relationship with job boards and recruitment agencies,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
