📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, and other textiles are cleaned, sanitized, and returned to the nursing home in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the nursing staff, maintenance team, and other departments to ensure that the laundry process is seamless and meets the high standards of hygiene and quality expected in a healthcare facility.
• Monitor and maintain the laundry equipment, ensuring that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all laundry processes comply with healthcare regulations and standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Train and supervise laundry staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the laundry processes and the importance of maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry inventory, ensuring that there is always an adequate supply of cleaning supplies, detergents, and other necessary items.
• Work with the nursing home management to develop and implement laundry policies and procedures that are in line with the facility's mission and values.
• Ensure that the laundry department is a safe and comfortable working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laundry or related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and processes, including washing, drying, ironing, and sanitizing.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
