IT Site Manager - Healthcare (Bali-Based)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to support our healthcare clients' needs. You will work closely with our team of IT specialists to ensure that our clients' systems are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT specialists to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Monitor and optimize IT performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
