Bloom Urban Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.,Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and maintained in the company's accounting system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
