Shine Village Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security professional to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure a comprehensive security strategy.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate staff on security best practices.,Work with remote team members to coordinate security efforts and share information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in security or related field.,Knowledge of security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid security certification or license is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
