Bahagia Tono Fashion is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
