📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and documents,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
