📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in Badung and surrounding areas.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize sales tools and software such as CRM systems and data analytics to track performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s reach and build brand awareness.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role in a competitive market.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Badung and Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
• Certification in sales techniques or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.
