📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage a team of staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of managing distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
