📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Support the HR team in handling employee data and records.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Help in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Help in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Support the HR team in any other HR related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
