📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
