📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in-store and on the phone.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their pizza as promised.
  • Assist customers with menu questions, promotions, and special orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the pizza oven and delivery vehicles.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the store manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, food safety and labor laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with pizza preparation and delivery processes is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
