• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve the bottom line.
• Forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management and inventory control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
