As a Child Psychology Guru, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to support the mental health and development of children in our community.

In this role, you will work closely with children, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychological issues. You will develop and implement individual and group therapy programs, conduct psychological evaluations, and provide counseling and support to children and their families. Our center utilizes the latest tools and technologies, including Moodle for online learning, Microsoft Office Suite for document management, and Epic EHR for patient records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of children to identify and address psychological issues.
• Develop and implement individual and group therapy programs tailored to the needs of each child.
• Provide counseling and support to children and their families to promote emotional well-being and development.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
• Utilize Moodle for online learning and professional development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using Epic EHR.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in child psychology through continuous education and training.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our psychological services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child psychology or a related field.
• Certification in Child Psychology (e.g., BCBA, LCSW, or LPC) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychological assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Epic EHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and compassionate care to children and families.
