📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed to maintain a high standard of service and sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other management documents.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to support store operations.
