📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote outlet events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving outlet performance.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
