📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and logistics.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
