📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English is a plus.
