Silver New Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Operator to join our team. We are a leading company in the retail industry, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience.

As a Senior Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating our stores, ensuring that they are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming to customers. You will also be responsible for training and supervising our junior store operators.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and operate the store, ensuring that it is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming to customers.
  • Train and supervise junior store operators.
  • Monitor store sales and inventory levels, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of store marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in store audits and inspections.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store operation or retail management role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
