📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Assist in training and developing new team members.
  • Report to the Supervisor on the progress and performance of the team.
  • Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise within the team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
  • Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
