📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse conditions.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the sales and production teams to meet customer demands.,Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
