📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up and decorating the venue, managing event schedules, and coordinating with vendors.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients, including handling inquiries, reservations, and special requests.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of banquet sales.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of banquet supplies as needed.,Promote our banquet services to potential clients and maintain a positive and professional image for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, with basic English skills.,Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
