📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales efforts.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.
